CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 264(FIN) which had been held to the                      
May 9 calendar (page 2219) was before the Senate on                            
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                 
264(FIN) "An Act levying and providing for the collection of and               
disposition of the proceeds of a fishery resource landing tax; and             
providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll was

Senator Jacko moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in             
failing CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 264(FIN).                                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 264(FIN) and the rescinding motion be held to                   
the May 10 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
